I Can See You v1.02 - Fixes, greetings and some announcements
Hey there! First of all, I would like to present myself. My name is Eduardo, or Ed, current Game Designer and narrative writer from I Can See You. We have some important things to discuss today, but like Jack would say, let's go by pieces.
Let's start with some fixes. After carefully checking every (or almost all) the YouTube videos from the game page description and carefully analyze all the feedback by you guys, we've decided to not only release this patch to fix some bugs, but also some corrections in game elements that you guy mentioned. I'll leave it as a list with the details down here:
- Flashlight: The flashlight now will only take a single click to turn-on. Many people mentioned how uncomfortable it was to hold the button, which also take us to our second change;
- Doors: They're heavy right?! Well, our initial idea was to make the doors physics "hard" or "heavy" in order to avoid any bugs when the enemy. With this correction, now it should be a lot easier to open it;
- New control design: Some of the controls from the game were changed in order to provide a best experience. You might not even notice this change at all, but it's there, trust me!
All the feedbacks we've received, from comments on the page to feedback from YouTubers, was very valuable to us and helped us get to this current stage of the game. Some big changes are coming up soon and we'll keep you updated on everything here, but let me give you some spoilers: ~whisper~ multiple endings ~whisper~
So if you were asking yourself if any new update would come, adding new itens, moments and a story to the game, the answer is yes, and it'll be huge my brother! Of course, we'll need some time to deliver the complete version of the game, plus, as always, we're open to any feedback!
Hope you enjoy it! ;)
