This has potential. however, in its current state, it more so feels like a proof of concept rather than an actual game. There are a lot of bugs, and there doesn't seem to be any way end the demo without dying.
I hope development continues, and I'm curious to see where it goes!
This game was great and has a lot of potentials. I enjoyed the game, but the only thing was that it was too dark and needs a flashlight or some sort. other than that its a good spooky game! Some things that I personally would suggest are updated controls instructions(flashlight, and esc doesn't pause) and maybe a reason why there's a 90's vhs filter with a modern day smartphone. I would love to see the improvements during this development. Well done, dev!

As the final version will depend a lot on dialogs, the solution I found was to use cell phone messages (something that in the 90's was not so popular), if I was to follow the 100% vhs style the dialogs should be from phone calls, and unfortunately I don't have any voice actor at my disposal.
I would love to see this game get notice more, but the problem i'm having right now is finding the light switch, i get to the part where the music is playing but i cant find the switch (i got the hallway upstairs and the stairway) it was a pain in my butt, please please fix it where i can see well enough then the burnt popcorn look
Great game, may have run into a bug but using backspace seemed to have fixed it. It was a fun experience and there were some small details that I liked a lot!
i really really enjoyed this the atmosphere with the creaks in the house etc really set the tone and the style alone made this terrifying i loved the mechanic of the phone, and found it hilarious the amount of detail put into "the view" lol, i do thing the door mechanic was a little janky and i had to hold f to keep the flashlight to go on which was a little annoying but apart from that I'm looking forward to the full game
This is the first game I've played of yours, was very fun! Definitely will check out your other games soon! Gave me the creeps a bit, since I live alone in a rural area myself. yikes!

This is an excellent little demo-- very creepy, the house has tons of atmosphere because of the creaky floors and whatnot. Does this game contain copyrighted music (Tanya Tucker, maybe John Carpenter)? If so, I would include a warning to content creators. All in all, I had a lot of fun with this. One of the best home invasion games I've played!

This was absolutely incredible. In my opinion, the tension and atmosphere was done better in this than Fears to Fathom. Can't wait for the full release! ABSOLUTE MUST PLAY

Now, from the start, I really did not have high expectations for this, yet I was thrilled, scared and creeped out, legit losing the ability to talk during the gameplay - masterfully done. If the demo provides and showcases what the game is going to be, then you have a banger project for sure mate.
Most of all, I was immersed in the small environment of the house, which seemed simple, nice, neat, yet something was definitely off, in a good, horror way. The interaction with the character was well done with the rest of utilities, such as sound design and ambience, including AI chase and the outside façade.
There are some minor issues, which I clearly talked about in the video with the character development and movement and doors, but overall, I can't praise this enough - it was chilling, superb. Good luck with the project and future games mate. Cheers!

Really well made, but has a serious problem with lights, not only are the switches sometimes hell to find, but light is also bugged and room can turn dark without any reason and there's no way to find way back...

Love the game, especially the start of it ;D couldn't figure out how to use sharp item from inventory though, so kinda got stuck at the end.
Nice, for now, the sharp items are for use as defense when you are caught. But the game will have much more content ahead, this is just the beginning.
